PVSPACE-24 Abstract Submission Guidelines:

 

• Abstracts must be original and previously unpublished and not have been submitted, presented, or intended for presentation elsewhere;

• Authors may modify their submitted abstracts by informing the conference secretary via email at least 30 days prior to the conference;

• The scientific committee will review abstracts and select papers and posters for oral/poster presentation based on their merit. The Committee reserves the right to make the final decision on the selection of papers and posters for presentation;

• Authors will be informed of the acceptance and mode of presentation via email within 7 working days of the submission date;

• Please carefully review the submission requirements as abstracts will not be changed after submission. Abstracts will be published as received, and organizers reserve the right to make changes for editing purposes. It is the responsibility of the main author to ensure that submitted abstracts have been edited before submission to minimize errors in the program.

• Please note that the presenting author of the abstract must be registered for the conference in order for the abstract to be included in the program. If the presenting author has not registered by the standard registration deadline, the abstract will be removed from the program. This is an important requirement that must be fulfilled to ensure the smooth running of the conference.
