H.C. Neitzert received the Dipl. Ing. degree in E.E. from the RWTH Aachen and the Dr.Ing. degree in E.E. from the TU Berlin. After holding post-doc positions 1992 at the Ecole Polytechnique, Palaiseau and 1993-1994 at CSELT, Torino, he joined CSELT as senior researcher. Since 1998 he is associate professor for optoelectronics at Salerno University working on photovoltaics in space, nanomaterials and photonics.
