Ibrahim Dar is a Royal Society University Research Fellow in the Cavendish Laboratory at Cambridge University, where his group focuses on designing and understanding solid-state semiconductors for next-generation solar cells and light-emitting devices. Prior to this, he was an Advanced SNF Post-Doctoral Fellow in the group of Professor Sir Richard Friend, unravelling the photophysics of perovskite devices. He also worked as a guest PhD student and post-doctoral scientist with Prof. Michael Graetzel at EPFL Switzerland, investigating the structural, chemical, and photophysical properties of nanomaterials for highly efficient solar cells.
